Trey Chapman - President
As President and Co-Owner of Alpha Paving & Sealcoating, Trey Chapman is responsible for all field operations for the company, and shares in making all corporate and financial decisions.

Trey is involved from the start of all projects, maintaining schedules, paving, concrete, base work, patching, sealcoating and striping. His hands-on leadership approach and work ethic is one of the reasons Alpha Paving completes all of its projects on time with impeccable workmanship.

Trey has been involved in construction industry since 1988 and has worked parking lot and roadway striping since 1990.

Darrell Chapman - Vice President
As Vice President and Co-Owner of Alpha Paving & Sealcoating, Darrell Chapman has over 40 years of experience in business management and is responsible for preparing and evaluating all proposals, contracts, business development and client relationships.

Darrell also shares in making all corporate and financial decisions. His business knowledge and budget management has contributed to Alpha Paving's success, financial strength and repeat business.

Nicole Schultze - Office Manager
Nicole Schultze brings over 10 years of business experience to PermaStripe, providing internal administrative support and records management and attending to the company’s day-to-day office needs. Nicole was born and raised in Florida and currently resides in Sanford with her husband and two sons.

Ryan Mannie - Estimator/Project Manager
Ryan Mannie has been with Alpha Paving since 2003 and is the estimator/project manager for the company. Ryan has the ability and knowledge to anticipate potential problems and provide solutions that will satisfy both the client and schedule. He displays an exceptional degree of professionalism in his work and a real commitment providing outstanding services in striping seal coating, asphalt paving and repair.
